- have a broad overview of the geological raw materials used since ancient times;
- recognize the main decay forms of building materials.
The student is required to provide a brief report on surveys and analyzes carried out during the excursions and / or on laboratory analyzes, highlighting the importance of these activities to obtain a more complete knowledge of the analyzed geomaterials.
The student will acquire and/or develop an awareness of issues related to cultural heritage and environment. The student will be able to manage the responsibility of a project team.
Appropriate knowledge will be acquired when collecting and analysing experimental data.
During the laboratory activities, the behaviors will be evaluated. At the end of seminar activities, students will be requested to submit short reports concerning the topics.
