Il corso intende fornire una comprensione della peculiarità dei "modi di trasporto" a circuito e pacchetto che hanno dato luogo allo sviluppo della Global Information Infrastructure che ora ingloba nuove soluzioni tecnologiche che coinvolgono gli oggetti "Internet con le cose" anche in scenari totalmente nuovi come quelli definiti nell'ambito Tactile Internet
The course, starting from the peculiarities of traditional circuit and packet "transfer modes" that drive the development of the Global Information Infrastructure now including new enabling technologies for the Internet with the Things and new smart objects want to drive the students to the new scenarios defined in domains such as the Tactile Internet.

Il corso ambisce a fornire agli studenti alcune capacità "operative" mediante l'impiego prevalente di emulatori e/o simulatori software
