Lo studente sarà chiamato a dimostrare l'acquisizione delle conoscenze attraverso una verifica finale relativa i contenuti del corso, in forma orale.
La preparazione sarà considerata adeguata (con votazione espressa in trentesimi), se lo studente dimostrerà capacità di esposizione, ricorrendo alla terminologia corretta e se in modo autonomo dimostrerà familiarità con gli isituti oggetto del programma oltre che capacità di collegamento tra gli argomenti.
Students will be required to demonstrate the acquisition of the knowledge through an oral examination of the content of the course.
Students' preparation will be considered appropriate if they demonstrate the ability of exposure, using the correct terminology, and if he / she will independently demonstrate familiarity with the subjects covered by the program as well as the ability to link the same subjects.

Gli studenti frequentanti potranno portare all’esame un argomento scelto dallo studente sul quale sia stato svolto un approfondimento scritto con l'ausilio del docente.
Attending students will be able to focus on a topic, discussing on a written report made with the help of the teacher.
Al termine dell'insegnamento lo studente avrà acquisito un'adeguata padronanza del linguaggio tecnico-giuridico di base e sarà in grado di comprendere gli istituti fondamentali dell'ordinamento giuridico italiano relativi alle sue fonti del diritto, alla sua forma di governo e alla sua forma di stato.
At the end of the teaching, students will acquire the appropriate mastery of the basic technical and legal language and will be able to understand the fundamental institutions of the Italian legal order concerning its sources of law, its form of government and its form of state.
La verifica dei comportamenti acquisiti avverrà in sede di verifica finale, dimostrando le capacità di analisi critica e di collegamento tra gli argomenti oggetto del corso.
Behaviors will be assessed during the final exam, demonstrating critical analysis and linkage skills between the topics covered in the course.

È consigliata la frequenza al corso.

There are no variations in Syllabus or final exam for "non-attending" students.
L'esame è composto da una prova orale consistente in un colloquio sugli argomenti oggetto del corso e sull'eventuale approfondimento scritto predisposto dal discente.
La prova orale è superata se lo studente dimostra di aver acquisito le principali conoscenze e capacità oggetto del corso, utilizzando un linguaggio adeguato.
Final exam consists of an oral examination consisting of a colloquium between the candidate and the teacher on the subject matter of the course and any written in-depth written by the student.
The oral exam is passed if the student proves that he or she has acquired the main knowledge and skills of the course, using an appropriate language.
