 During the final exam the students' argumentative capacity will be evaluated with regards to the topics covered in the course; particular emphasis will be given to the capacity for coordination between the various institutions, with a view to the systematic approach to the subject

The course provides notions about overindebtedness and his solution in Italy and other legal system.

Topics: insolvency, consumer credit agreements, creditwhortiness, L. 3/2012 and modifications; The reform of the insolvency discipline

The exam consists of an oral exam, in the form of reports on in-depth materials. The oral exam is passed if: the candidate shows that he is able to express himself clearly and use the correct terminology,
showing the ability to relate parts of the program and concepts that he must use
in a joint way to respond correctly to a question.
