L'obiettivo del corso è di presentare i principali modelli, metodi e strumenti per l'organizzazione e la gestione delle imprese.
The objective of the course is presenting the main models, methods and tools for the management and organisation of firms.
The objective of the course is presenting the main models, methods and tools for the management and organisation of firms. Such models and tools will allow the student not only to interpret the specific reality in which (s)he will be involved, but also to identify, formulate and solve problems. In particular the aim of this course is to provide students for the main tools of management in order to have the ability of analysing a balance sheet, to make decisions about make or buy or other short term decisions, long term decisions (capital budgeting).

Verification of the knowledge will be evaluated in the first part of
the examination interview
The final test is composed of an oral exam. During the oral examination the student is asked to solve one exercise in order to demonstrate his/her ability to put into practice the basic principles illustrated throughout the course. Besides the student will be assessed on his/her ability in discussing the main course contents with competence, critical awareness and propriety of expression.

I modelli e gli strumenti presentati durante il corso consentiranno agli studenti non solo di interpretare la realtà specifica nella quale si troveranno ad operare, ma anche di identificare, formulare e risolvere problemi. In particolare l'obiettivo dell'insegnamento è qello di fornire i principali strumenti gestionali in modo da avere la capacità di iterpretare un bilancio e saper prendere decisioni di breve e di lungo termine.

L'esame è costituito da una prova orale durante la quale verrà chiesto allo studente di risolvere un esercizio in modo da consentirgli/le di dimostrare la capacità di usare i metodi e gli strumenti presentati dutrante il corso. Inoltre verrà valutata la capacità dello studente di affrontare in modo critico, consapevole e con proprietà di linguaggio gli argomenti trattati durante il corso.
