Il corso descrive l’evoluzione dei principali modelli gestionali d’impresa. Si studieranno le teorie e gli strumenti pratici per la gestione delle cosiddette operations all’interno delle aziende produttrici di beni e servizi. Saranno in particolar modo approfonditi gli argomenti inerenti il bilancio e i costi delle imprese e analizzate le metodologie per la gestione della produzione, della logistica, delle scorte, della qualità di prodotto e processo.

The course describes the evolution of the main business management models.
The theories and practical tools for the management of the so-called operations within the companies producing goods and services will be studied. The topics relating to the budget and the costs of the companies will be examined in detail and the methods for production management, logistics, stock management, product and process quality will be analyzed.

The procedures for verifying skills may include: carrying out exercises also drawn from real cases, written test with numerical exercises for the application of the studied techniques.

The student will be able to develop behavioral skills regarding: know how to carry out a semi-professional activity, respect for timing in the performance of assigned tasks precision and accuracy in the realization of exercises and the relative modalities of presentation of the results.

L'esame consiste nel rispondere alle domande contenute in un test al computer. Le risposte alle domande sono a scelta multipla. Una sola risposta, per ogni domanda, è corretta.
Nella maggior parte dei casi lo studente dovrà svolgere esercizi numerici su fogli cartacei per poter trovare la risposta corretta da selezionare. In altri casi la risposta potrà essere scelta senza la necessità di svolgere manualmente esercizi e/o calcoli. I contenuti delle domande sono naturalmente quelli degli argomenti sviluppati durante le lezioni.

Data la capienza dell'aula assegnata e il numero degli iscritti, la prova potrà essere organizzata in più turni durante la giornata.
Entrando nell'aula si riceveranno indicazioni su dove posizionarsi. Al banco di fronte al computer:
Al termine della prova sarà subito visibile il risultato ottenuto espresso in trentesimi. Se il risultato è superiore o uguale a 18 la prova è superata. Lo studente può subito scegliere se accettare o rifiutare il voto. In caso di accettazione la registrazione sul libretto avviene immediatamente prima di uscire dall'aula.
The exam consists of answering the questions contained in a computer test. The answers to the questions are multiple choice. Only one answer, for each question, is correct. In most cases the student will have to perform numerical exercises on paper sheets in order to find the correct answer to select. In other cases the answer can be chosen without the need to perform exercises and / or calculations manually. The contents of the questions are naturally those of the topics developed during the lessons.

Given the capacity of the assigned classroom and the number of members, the test can be organized in several shifts during the day. If possible, compatibly with the timing, the day before the exam the turn to present and the relative timewill be communicated by e-mail.
Entering the classroom you will receive directions on where to position yourself. At the desk in front of the computer: it is obligatory to bring university booklet, pens, pencil, ruler, calculator (NO smartphone) with elementary operations and square root extraction. It is forbidden to carry a mobile phone / smartphone, sheets of paper, educational material, notebooks, notes and anything else not mentioned above. The backpacks with these things and cell phones off will be placed in a corner of the classroom. It is forbidden to leave the classroom until the end of the test, it is optional to bring a small bottle of water.
The sheets to perform exercises and calculations will already be present on the desk.
At the end of the test the result obtained will be immediately visible expressed in thirtieths. If the result is greater than or equal to 18 the test is passed. The student can immediately choose whether to accept or reject the vote. In case of acceptance, registration in the booklet takes place immediately before leaving the classroom.
