Al termine del corso:
At the end of the course: the student will have acquired knowledge on learning more modern technical methodologies for physical education in all age groups; the student will be able to apply these methodologies for physical education, and it is in this perspective that the coordinates are outlined to create a plan that allows graduates in Motor Sciences to integrate the scientific and professional bases to operate in a sector in great development through a certification recognized by CONI according to the 2019 legislation.
To ascertain knowledge, an ongoing test will be carried out using tests and / or (telematic) meetings between the teacher and the group of students.
Il corso sarà strutturato in 3 moduli da 4 ore e 1 modulo da 3 ore:
1) Applicazione funzionale delle basi anatomiche nell'attività motoria e relativa biomeccanica degli esercizi in sala pesi (dagli esercizi complementari ai fondamentali);
2) La piramide della nutrizione: ottimizzazione della composizione corporea nel cliente neofita;
3) Alimentazione nel bodybuilding e nel powerlifting: gestione annuale dell'atleta in preparazione alla gara;
4) Programmazione annuale del cliente neofita in sala pesi: allenamento e approccio pratico.
The course will be structured in 3 modules of 4 hours and 1 module of 3 hours: 1) Functional application of the anatomical bases in motor activity and relative biomechanics of exercises in the weight room (from complementary exercises to fundamentals); 2) Optimization of body composition in the novice client through the nutrition pyramid; 3) Nutrition and bodybuilding: the annual management of the athlete in preparation for the competition; 4) Annual programming of the novice client in the weight room: training and practical approach

The exam consists of a written test (theory) and a practical test.
The written test consists of: a quiz test of 20 questions in 30 'electronically or in person (depending on the COVID situation). Once the test has been passed, it will remain valid and, therefore, it will not be necessary to repeat it if the practical test is not passed.
The practical test consists of: a test in the weight room (depending on the COVID situation) relating to the biomechanics lessons held during the lessons.
