Il laboratorio di estimo ha l’obiettivo di far acquisire il saper fare agli studenti l’attività della valutazione degli immobili e di verificare attraverso anche attraverso le esercitazioni i concetti di base studiati nel corso di estimo quindi capire e interpretare il mercato immobiliare e trasformare questi concetti, attraverso le metodiche di stima, nel valore di mercato.
Il laboratorio di consulenza tecnica di ufficio ha l’obiettivo di far acquisire il cosa ed il come agli studenti della consulenza tecnica in ausilio all’autorità giudiziaria. In particolare, il cosa si concentra sulle norme e regole procedimentali, gli istituti processuali e il vasto compendio di norme che regolano l’attività del CTU. Il come si indirizza nel far comprendere tutte le attività, le procedure e le condotte che il consulente tecnico deve mettere in atto per rispondere compiutamente e regolarmente all’incarico
The appraisal laboratory has the objective of making students acquire the know-how in the activity of property valuation and of verifying, through exercises, the basic concepts studied in the appraisal course, therefore understanding and interpreting the real estate market and transforming these concepts, through estimation methods, in the market value.
The office technical consultancy laboratory has the objective of teaching students the what and how of technical consultancy in aid of the judicial authority. In particular, the what focuses on the procedural norms and rules, the procedural institutions and the vast compendium of rules that regulate the activity of the CTU. The how is aimed at understanding all the activities, procedures and conduct that the technical consultant must implement to respond fully and regularly to the assignment
La verifica delle conoscenze è effettuata con un esame orale finalizzato allo svolgimento e all’applicazione della attività di valutazione degli immobili (soluzione di casi di studio).
The verification of knowledge is carried out with an oral exam aimed at carrying out and applying the property evaluation activity (case study solution).
È consigliato aver superato il corso di estimo del primo semestre. Nessun requisito per il laboratorio di consulenza
It is recommended to have passed the first semester appraisal course. No requirement for consulting lab
