Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will be aware of how demography and anthropology influence health and dietary attitudes, and the role of social conditions.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
Student will have to demonstrate the ability to discuss topics presented during the course and to show attitude to organise concepts and statements.Methods:

Syllabus
The course will deal with issues regarding the role of historical, demographic ana anthropological factors in affecting health and food consumption habits; this will be discussed through the ages and in relation with social and religious attitudes.
