MODULO DI ANATOMIA
Conoscenze di base di istologia, anatomia microscopica, macroscopica e topografica delle seguenti specie animali: mammiferi (cavallo, bovino, pecora e capra, suino, cane e lagomorfi), uccelli e pesci, utili per comprendere l'organizzazione morfo-funzionale animale
MODULO DI ZOOLOGIA
Lo studente dovrà essere in grado di conoscere la struttura e le funzioni della cellula animale, unitamente ai meccanismi di riproduzione cellulare. Lo studente dovrà inoltre essere in grado di avere una visione comparata del regno animale, unendo le chiavi di identificazione (su base principalmente morfologica) degli organismi alla diversità delle funzioni vitali nei differenti gruppi tassonomici.
ANATOMY MODULE
Basic knowledge of histology, microscopic, macroscopic and topographic anatomy of the following animal species: mammals (horse, bovine, sheep and goat, pig, dog and lagomorphs), birds and fish, useful to understand the animal morpho-functional organization
ZOOLOGY MODULE
The student should be able to know the structure and functions of the animal cell together with the cell reproduction mechanisms. The student should also be able to have a comparative view of the animal kingdom, combining the primarily morphological identification keys of organisms to the diversity of vital functions in the different taxonomic groups

Lo studente sarà in grado di riconoscere una sezione istologica di organo mediante l'use del microscopio ottico e sarà in grado di riconoscere un organo dal punto di vista macroscopico e la relativa appartenenza ad un aspecie di animale domestico
MODULO DI ZOOLOGIA
Al termine del corso lo studente sarà in grado di riconoscere le caratteristiche distintive dei principali taxa di interesse parassitologico e di collegare le strutture e funzioni cellulari alle funzioni vitali rappresentative del mondo animale
ANATOMY MODULE
At the end of the course the student will be able to recognize a histological section of the organ by using the optical microscope and will be able to recognize an organ from the macroscopic point of view and its belonging to a particular animal.
ZOOLOGY MODULE
At the end of the course the student will be able to to recognize the distinctive features of the main taxa of parasitic interest and will be able to connect cellular structures and functions to the vital functions of the animal world

Durante le attività pratiche in laboratorio di istologia, per l'istologia e l'anatomia microscopica, e in sala anatomica, per l'anatomia macroscopica, il docente esprimerà una valutazione sulle capacità acquisite e sulla capacità di lavoro individuale o in gruppo

Lo studente dimostrerà di sapere lavorare da solo o in gruppo e di comportarsi in maniera adeguata, secondo la normativa vigente sulla sicurezza, durante le procedure di riconoscimento di organi, nell'utilizzo della attrezzatura chirurgica in sala anatomica
MODULO DI ZOOLOGIA
Lo studente potrà acquisire e/o sviluppare sensibilità alla diversità del mondo animale attraverso la discussione di quesiti durante le lezioni frontali e le esercitazioni pratiche

Durante le esercitazioni di istologia e anatomia microscopica, lo studente dovrà mostrare di conoscere il corretto comportamento nell'utilizzo del miscopio ottico, al fine di una correta diagnosi di tessuto o organo.
Durante le esercitazioni di anatomia macroscopica, lo studente dovrà dimostrare di possedere un corretto comportamento all'interno dl gruppo di lavoro al tavolo autoptico, nella definizione di responsabilità reciproche in termini di sicurezza e in termini di capacità di relazionare una diagnosi di organo con linguaggio appropriato

ANATOMY MODULE
During histology and microscopic anatomy training, the student must demonstrate to knowledge the correct behavior in the use of optical microscope in order to correctly diagnose tissue or organ.
During macroscopic anatomy training, the student must demonstrate correct behavior within the autopsy workgroup, defining mutual responsibility in terms of security, and in terms of ability to relate a diagnosis of organ with the appropriate language

Lezioni frontali in aula con l'utilizzo di slides e video
Esercitazioni di istologia e anatomia microscopica con utilizzo di microscopio ottico e slides
Esercitazioni di anatomia macroscopica in sala settoria, per la dissezione di organi, a gruppi di 5-6 studenti, ciascuno dei quali opera seguendo le regole imposte dalla normativa vigente sulla sicurezza
Uso del sito di E-learning, per utilizzare direttamente il materiale didattico proposto durante le lezioni frontali, e eventuale materiale didattico per integrazione o approfondimento
MODULO DI ZOOLOGIA
Le lezioni frontali saranno svolta con l'ausilio di slide disponibili sul portale e-learning.
Le esercitazioni in laboratorio verteranno su preparati macro e microscopici per l'identificazione di alcune specie di interesse parassitologico. I vertebrati saranno approfonditi attraverso una esercitazione dedicata presso il Museo di Storia Naturale di Calci (Pisa).

-Exercises of macroscopic anatomy in the classroom, for the dissection of organs, in groups of 5-6 students, each of which works according to the rules imposed by the applicable safety regulations
-Use of the E-learning site, to directly use the didactic material offered during the front lessons, and any teaching materials for integration of the study
ZOOLOGY MODULE
Front lessons will be done with the help of slides available on the e-learning portal.
Laboratory exercises will focus on macroscopic and microscopic preparations for the identification of some species of parasitic interest. The study of vertebrates will be deepened through a dedicated exercise at the Museum of Natural History of Calci (Pisa).
