Learning outcomes
Knowledge
Students are expected to acquire: a solid knowledge of basic concepts in linear algebra; some skill in applying methods for solving linear algebra problems; the ability to recognize instances of linear algebra problems in other scientific frameworks.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student is assessed for his knowledge of basic notions in linear algebra and his skill in solving exercises on the topics presented in the course.

Methods:

  • Final oral exam
  • Final written exam

Further information:
Written exam is mandatory. It can be split in two partial sessions (each two hours) during the semester, or can be taken in a unique session (three hours), after the end of the semester. If the assessment of the written exam is positive, an optional oral exam may follow.

Teaching methods

Delivery: face to face

Learning activities:

  • attending lectures

Attendance: Advised
