Learning outcomes
Knowledge
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the legal regulation of banking: the student must be aware of the role of supervision and of regulation of banking, particularly with reference to the issues emerged during the latest global financial crisis.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The evaluation aims to assess the knowledge and understanding of the discipline of banking

Syllabus
