Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will have the ability to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the main town planning legislation and town regulatory.
the student will have the ability to know the legal procedures and the cases law of town regulation.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology.
- During the oral exam the student must be able to demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material and be able to discuss the reading matter thoughtfully and with propriety of expression.

Syllabus
The course covers the town planning legislation and town regulatory in Italy and in Tuscany.
The first part of the course studing the processes and the causes of evolution the legislation of government of the territory from 1942 to current days
Particular attention will be paid to themes the regional planning legislation in Tuscany and the evolution of town legislation in this Region.
