Learning outcomes
Knowledge
The course aims to provide: - an in-depth fundamental legal culture in industrial relations and in rights of the trade-unions; the capability to interpret and develop legislative texts on industrial relations and collective agreement; the capability of using information technology tools; the capability of analyzing case studies in the fields of the course; the capability to connect rules to legal facts or legal acts; the capability to use the tools needed for updating the acquired skills.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology. - During the oral exam the student must be able to demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material and be able discuss the reading matter thoughtfully and with propriety of expression. - The student's ability to explain correctly the main topics presented during the course at the board will be assessed.

Syllabus
The course is organized according to the traditional structure of the subject. It will be analyzed each right of the employee or of the representation of the employee in the enterprise. Especially, it will be studied the right to meeting, the right to make referendum, the right to make a representation linked with an external trade-union, the right to start proceeding for anti-trade-union practice, according to the statutory of employee (l. 300/1970).
