Knowledge
The student will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the legal instruments that characterize the
performance of agriculture aimed at the production of food and other goods. The student will be aware of the limitations and opportunities that characterize the agricultural enterprise because of the peculiar
relationship between agricultural activities and land resources; of the main conflicts of interests connected with the use of the land property and the agricultural ; of the considerable interest of the community and consumers of food products.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology.Methods:

The Agriculture in the Italian Constitution.
The distribution of powers between State and Regions; european agricultural law and CAP ; agricultural enterprise and agri-food system; agricultural enterprise in he interplay with land and environment.
Agricultural activities; types of farmers; contracts for establishment of enterprise; agro-industrial contracts.
