Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will be able to read a newspaper understanding the fundamental of italian democracy and how the constitutional law influences politics.
The student who successfully completes the course will be aware of constitutional freedom and shall understand the influence of the freedom in the ideal construction of italian democracy.
The student who successfully completes the course will have the ability to discuss about the outcome of political process and the correspondence with constitutional values.
The student who successfully completes the course will be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge in the constitutional language and to menage it in transforming constitutional values in constitutional rules.
At the end, the student who successfully completes the course can read reality through a constitutional prism.
