Il corso è finalizzato all'apprendimento dei profili giuridici (costituzionalistici, civilistici, amministrativistici e tributari) più rilevanti del c.d. terzo settore, anche alla luce della recente riforma realizzata dalla legge-delega n. 106 del 2016 ed attuata dai decreti legislativi n. 117 del 2017 (Codice del Terzo settore), n. 112 del 2017 (impresa sociale), n. 111 del 2017 (cinque per mille).
The learning outcomes are the subject-matters of Not for profits organizations, that includes the research of the experts of law and the cases study.
La verifica del grado di apprendimento da parte degli studenti avverrà mediante una prova orale a conclusione del corso.
For the assessment criteria of knowledge there will be a face to face examination at the end of the lessons.
Si richiede la capacità degli studenti di inquadrare correttamente i differenti argomenti della materia d’esame, alla luce delle recenti novità legislative.
It's necessary the skill of the students to do a correct distinction about the principles and the regulation of no-profit organizations.
La verifica delle capacità avverrà mediante l’esame finale e durante lo svolgimento delle lezioni, attraverso la lettura delle norme e la discussione sui profili più rilevanti.
The assessment of skills there will be by a face to face examination at the end of the lessons; during the lessons, by reading the legal materials and debating the most important rulings about the no-profits organizations.
Lo studente sarà in grado di acquisire e approfondire competenze relative agli argomenti trattati durante il corso, con particolare riguardo al profilo applicativo.
The suggested behaviours are gaining and improving the students' knowledges, in particular about the cases study.
La verifica dei comportamenti acquisiti avverrà sia in occasione dell'esame conclusivo, sia durante le lezioni, anche attraverso eventuali approfondimenti forniti da docenti esterni al corso e modalità di diattica non frontale.
The assessment of the behaviours will be by a face to face examination at the end of the lessons; during the lessons, by lessons of the external teachers too and outdoor lessons.
E' suggerita agli studenti l'acquisizione delle nozioni di base in tema di formazioni sociali, libertà di associazione, libertà di impresa e sussidiarietà orizzontale, nonché la disciplina civilistica degli enti senza fine di lucro del Libro I c.d.
It's suggested for the students the knowledge of civil Law, above all the law about the organizations as regulated by the civil code.

The syllabus, a.a. 2017/2018, is based on the study about the fundamental principles of the no-profit organizations and the latest laws about this matter.
