Conoscenze

Al termine del corso lo studente conoscerà le metodologie geophysiche più comuni con particolare riferimento alla sismica a riflessione e sarà in grado di risolvere problemi di natura geofisica.

Knowledge

At the end of the course, the student will be able to know the most important methods employed in geophysical exploration, seismic reflection method in particular, and will be able to solve also advanced geophysical issues. The skill set learnt allows the student to enter into the world of work in a very competitive fashion.

Teoria dei Segnali, Sismologia di Esplorazione.

Basic knowledge of Time series analysis, Exploration Seismology and Applied Geophysics.

Programma (contenuti dell'insegnamento)

Il corso ha lo scopo di sviluppare la capacità di applicare metodi geofisici ed in particolare il metodo della sismica a riflessione.

Syllabus

The course is aimed at developing the practical ability of the students. The course gives an experience on different kind of geophysical techniques and, in particular, seismic reflection method.
