Learning outcomes
Knowledge
The student who successfully completed the course aquired knowledge about the system of rule for accident prevention at workplace; he will also be aware of the punishment committed at the offender. The purpose of the course is to develope the ability of the learner to analyze the structure of a factory for evidencing criticisms about safety and to conceive efficient structures to prevention.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
During the oral exam the student must be able to demonstrate the knowledge of the course materiale and be able to discuss the reading matter thoughtfully and with propriety of espression. He also must be able to demonstrate the acquisition of the principles ruling the subject and the ability to apply them in the single cases of accident prevention's violation. The oral exam will be held at the end of the course and it will consist in 3 questions reguarding different part of the course. It will be necessary an adeguate knowledge of all the three topics and the unsuccess follows even with an insufficient answer to just one question.

Syllabus
The method supposes the analysis of the d.lgs. 81/2008, both general dispositions (identification of the offender and analysis of common institutes of the particular criminal system) and single incriminations. The analysis of the regulatory text is the central part of the course. Moreover the learner is invited to confront himself with the judgements of the Suprema Corte di Cassazione in this field.
