Modulo I - RISORSE NATURALI: AMBIENTE, SUOLO, ACQUA E CIBO
L'obiettivo del corso è quello di far acquisire agli allievi gli elementi chiave per una comprensione critica dell’importanza fondamentale dell'uso delle risorse e della qualità dell'ambiente per la società umana. Il corso prevede sia strumenti teorici che pratici di analisi e gestione responsabile all’interno del mondo globalizzato, nell'ottica del miglior uso delle risorse naturali, dello sviluppo sostenibile e del superamento dei conflitti. Il corso mira inoltre a formare professionalità capaci di stimolare il cambiamento, di farne parte e indirizzarlo verso un maggiore equilibrio tra ambiente, economia e società.
Modulo II - DIRITTO E REGOLE PER LA GESTIONE DELLE RISORSE
Al termine del corso lo studente saprà orientarsi tra i principi che governano la materia del diritto delle risorse naturali, avrà una panoramica delle principali questioni giuridiche relative alle risorse naturali, saprà quali sono gli ambiti del diritto internazionale che si intersecano nella regolazione delle rispettive risorse.

Object:
The aim of the course is to provide students with the key elements for a critical understanding of the fundamental importance of the use of resources and the quality of the environment for human society. The course includes both theoretical and practical tools of analysis and sustainable management within the globalization framework, with a view that encompasses the best use of natural resources, sustainable development and the overcoming of conflicts. The course also aims to train professionals capable of stimulating change, of being part of it and directing it towards a greater balance between the environment, the economy, and society.
Lo studente sarà valutato in ragione della capacità di discutere i principali temi del corso usando una terminologia appropriata, nelle seguenti modalità:

The student can acquire and/or develop an awareness of environmental issues and awareness of the difficulties in managing conflicts related to natural resources. The student can learn how to discuss in public and to deal with different opinions
Durante le lezioni e nel corso della esposizione orale sarà valutato il grado di attenzione e l'accuratezza della preparazione
Durante le lezioni sarà valutata la capacità di confrontarsi con gli altri studenti
During the lessons and during the oral presentation the degree of attention and accuracy of the preparation will be evaluated

E' necessaria la disponibilità alla discussione critica

E’ preferibile per gli studenti aver già frequentato l’esame di Diritto Internazionale
