Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of credit risk management analysis and corporate finance; another he will be able to look critically at management issues of equity and governance and to understand how aspects of liquidity management and control of liquidity risk under the Basel III Framework.

Syllabus
The course provides notions on the main aspects of bank management. In particular, we discuss the areas of liquidity, risk control and financial aspects of the possible articulations of the system of internal controls and functions of governing bodies.
The second part of the course focuses on the financial innovative financing instruments of the retail and corporate customers as well as strategic approaches to the garrison of the private.
