Il modulo consentirà di introdurre lo studente alla conoscenza dei Standard privati volontari nel commercio internazionale.
Lo studente dovrà:
- saper orientarsi sui principali Standard privati volontari presenti sul mercato internazionale
- conoscere la domanda di mercato degli Standard privati internazionali
The module will allow the student to be introduced to the knowledge of voluntary Private Standards in international trade.
The student must:
- orient himself on the main voluntary Private Standards used in the international market
- know the market demand for international Private Standards
Per la verifica delle conoscenze relative agli Standard privati sarà svolta una prova orale a fine corso
An oral exam will be held at the end of the module to verify knowledge of Private Standards
Lo studente dovrà essere in grado di analizzare criticamente gli effetti degli Standard privati sul settore agro-alimentare a livello internazionale
The student must be able to critically analyze the effects of Private Standards on the agro-food sector at international level
Durante le attività in aula, gli studenti saranno chiamati a presentare e discutere su materiale fornito dal docente (critical readings)
During the classroom activities, students will be asked to present and discuss material provided by the teacher (critical readings)
Il modulo consente allo studente di saper lavorare individualmente e in gruppo, di acquisire flessibilità e disponibilità al confronto.
The module allows the student to work individually and in groups, to acquire flexibility and availability in comparison.
Il docente tramite l’osservazione di quanto svolto esprimerà una valutazione sui comportamenti acquisiti, verificando le modalità di gestione ed organizzazine del lavoro e l'attitudine alla relazione.
By observing the various activities, the teacher will express an assessment of the acquired behaviors, verifying the methods of management and organization of work and the attitude to the relationship.
Si consiglia il superamento dell'esame di Tecniche di auditing, sistemi di certificazione e marketing (II anno della laurea magistrale)
Suggestion: have done the exam of Auditing techniques, certification systems and marketing (second year of the master's degree)
Lezioni frontali con ausilio di slide e video
Collegamento a siti web per vedere casi di studio, scaricare materiali, analizzare banche dati
Uso di sito di elearning del corso per scaricare materiali didattici, comunicare con lo studente, pubblicare materiale di approfindimento e materiale utile ai lavori di gruppo, caricare valutazioni delle prove intermedie
Saranno inoltre forniti dal docente critical readings sui quali i vari studenti singolarmente/in gruppo saranno chiamati a discutere (prentando in classe).
Saranno anche previsti seminari di approfondimento con esperti della tematica a livello internazionale (modalità on line)

Use of the e-learning web-site to download teaching materials, communicate with the student, publish in-depth material and material useful for group work, upload evaluations of intermediate tests
Critical readings will also be provided by the teacher to make discussion

Per gli studenti non frequentanti la verifica delle conoscenze, capacità e comportamenti avverrà tramite una prova finale orale sugli argomenti trattati
For non-attending students, the assessment of knowledge, skills and behavior will take place through a final oral exam on the topics covered
Per gli studenti frequentanti la verifica delle conoscenze, capacità e comportamenti avverrà tramite una prova finale orale sugli argomenti trattati nel corso delle lezioni frontali e seminari (70% del voto complessivo). Si terrà inoltre conto (30% del voto complessivo) delle presentazioni fatte dagli studenti sui critical readings e sui comportamenti acquisiti
For attending students, knowledge, skills and behavior will be tested through a final oral exam on the topics covered in the lectures and seminars (70% of the overall grade). In addition, students' presentations on critical readings will be taken into account (30% of the overall grade)
