Learning outcomes
Knowledge
Students that successfully complete the course will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of history of the legal thought and of concepts related to law, justice and state.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
Students will be required to demonstrate their ability to use logically and critically the conceptual categories acquired and apply them to current issues.

The course covers the history of Western legal thought, from ancient Greece to the twentieth century.
