Learning outcomes

The course aims to provide knowledge useful for professional in primary prevention, health promotion and safety control of environment and products.
Then it faces a methodologies of health and diseases in the community, the methods in epidemiology relationships between environment and health, epidemiology and prophylaxis of infectious and non-infectious diseases, the use of indicators as tools for quality and safety assessment of environment and food, the main regulation on public health problems and the basis of risk analysis.
