Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide knowledge about the husbandry technic of poultry, rabbits and fish. In particular, the teching activity provide knowledge about the "size" and the main issues related to the specific considered sectors, both at national and international level (statistics); furthermore, a specific theoretical education is provided in relation to intensive breeding techniques, emphasising the growth phases, fattening, reproduction and genetic selection, as well as nutrition, feeding practices and feed formulation. Finally, technical and practical activities will be carried out in order to acquire practical skills related to the specific farming practices.
