Environmental and Energy Transition Law allows the student to frame the role of public administration in the face of ecological transition, paying particular attention to the management of complexity of administrative procedures for the realization of energy infrastructures. The teaching method followed, through a case-by-case analysis, allows the student to deepen the forms of coordination and integration between the interest in the protection of the environment, territory, and landscape, on the one hand, and the interest in economic development and energy production, on the other, in the light of sustainability criteria.
