Educational Goals
Provide the framework regarding the nature, internal articulation and operation of organizations. Prepare to work within structured organizations. Developing skills and attitudes needed to uncover, organize, manage, use the knowledge produced within an organization. Develop the skills necessary to select and use
technologies useful to unearth and disseminate knowledge.
Description
The course provides a theoretical framework and proposes case studies about:
• organizational culture: how do social networks , groups and organizations live and die;
• models and functioning of organizations;
• Knowledge Management: how knowledge is created, brought to light, made accessible, shared, valued.
For each of these issues, will be studied especially the support offered by technology and tools.
