Learning outcomes
The course, who intends to set out the necessary knowledge of labour law sources', is composed by two parts: individual labour law (a) and collective labour law (or industrial relations) (b).
In the first part, attention will pointed to fundamental issues of employment law: autonomy and subordination, the figure of employers and employees, employment contract (hiring process, determination and payment of wages, working time, termination).
The second part will work on sources, systems of workers representation, collective bargaining and industrial action.
