Learning outcomes
The first module mainly aims at:
providing the basic concepts of “land governance”, “land-use planning” and “building regulations”;
analyzing the system of administrative and legislative powers of the " land governance" and the relations between state, regional and local authorities;
analyzing property rights with particular regard to expropriation for public utility
- analyzing the so-called urbanistic functions and the instruments of land-use planning activity;
- reconstructing the relationships between land-use planning instruments and other (sector) planning instruments, in particular environmental, transport and infrastructure planning instruments;
analyzing building regulations.
The aim of the second module is to provide the participant with practical experience on principles, institutions and stakeholders relevant to the environmental protection in general, including planning tools and punishment, and in particular on environmental regulation specific to transport and logistics.
