Learning outcomes

The organizational design module aims to provide the student with the knowledge and skills useful for understanding and analyzing the problems that companies face when defining their structure. The course intends to offer a structured view of the reality of organizations, advancing in the study of the problems connected to their survival and success. In particular, the fundamental principles and techniques of organizational design will be treated.
The Industrial Services Marketing module aims to offer students with the basic concepts refering to Services Marketing and Industrial Marketing. The student will also have the opportunity to acquire knowledge about the main marketing operational tools and understand how these management tools are useful to create value for the refering market.
