The aim of the course is to provide students with an adequate preparation finalized to let them properly lay down and solve evaluation and appraisal problems. Basic elements of Financial Mathematics, of Rural Economics, of Cadastre and of General Rural Appraisal will be refreshed. After this, specific problems of special and legal Rural Apraisal will be discussed, in a direct connection with professional experience.
