The objectives of the course are to provide students with a range of basic knowledge in the field of bioinformatics that allow a better understanding of the methods currently available for the modeling of biological systems by means of computational modeling, necessary for the detection of a large number of new bio-molecular targets, for the obtainment of useful information for designing new ligands for these targets and for the development of new biologically active molecules.
