The course will provide students with the knowledge of cataloging rules and methods of cataloging mobile works of historical and artistic value. Regulations from the Central Institute for the Catalog and Documentation (ICCD) will be analyzed for artistic objects (OA) and related control vocabulary with a focus on the fields object (OGTD), material and technique (MTC). We will also examine the other types of cards (drawings, prints, photographs, demo-etno-antrophologic objects, numismatics).
