Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is the knowledge of the laws and rules that regulate and protect computing professionals with regard to the situations created by the legislature and the framework to describe and regulate new phenomena related to the use of information technology and communications. In particular, we will delve into some issues related to communications via the Internet.

Fundamental rights and regulatory standards relating to freedom of expression and communication. Protection of privacy and personal data and the right to oblivion. Digital identity, e-mail and social networks and law. The copyright on works (especially texts and musical works). The discipline of ondine publishing.
