Learning outcomes

The course on agricultural law and environmental legislation first deals with the review of national, EU and international sources of agricultural law and certain basic legal notions of private and public law. It then goes on to analyse the legal regime of the agricultural concern, the parties carrying on agricultural business, the acquisition and management of assets organised to discharge business activity, agricultural agreements, the relationship among agriculture, territory and environment also with respect to the EU policy on agriculture.
