The course aims to give the student enrolled in the study in Chemistry fundamental concepts of atomic structure, chemical bonding, balance and, more generally, of the properties and reactivity of elements and compounds. Special emphasis is given to the deduction of the properties of a substance based on the position that the constituents involved in the Periodic System. Further training objective is to make the students understand the basic principles of chemistry can be applied both in terms of numerical and experimental.
