Learning outcomes

The student will learn the basic principles of proper diet and nutrition in healthy subjects. He will be able to:
- place foods in food groups according to their main nutrients
- recognize the weights of food in the pictures as related to the portions indicated in the "LG for healthy eating Italian"
- calculate isoenergetic equivalence tables of isoglicidic, isoproteic isolipidica and food
- know and recommend measures indicate variations of the weights in cooking
- use the RDAs and tables of food composition for the preparation of diets for healthy individuals
- perform the calculation of bromatological recipes
- develop a weekly menu for the community in accordance with the "LG for healthy eating Italian"
- Identify the role of the figure of the dietitian
