Learning outcomes

The course intends to provide students with practical examples of the impact that EU internal market law and secondary legislation, related to free movement of persons (including third countries nationals) exercises on the domestic legal order. The course is based on the discussion of practical cases; the reading material includes judgments of EU Court of Justice, secondary law and Italian legislation.

The student will become familiar with sources of EU law that have an impact on the activity of the Italian public administration; in addition, he/she will learn to interact with public administration offices, including those of the EU institutions.
