The course aims also to train the personnel who will work for NGOs in the area of development cooperation. The students who will follow the course will be able to know the working of the EU institutions, the sources of EU law, including the international agreements and the fundamental principles that underlie its external policies, including the Common Foreign and Security Policy and the Development Cooperation.
