The course aims to examine the role of Parliament and the Government in the form of government, particularly with regard to the production of legal rules. A focus will be placed on the elements of technical regulations, drafting, legislative investigation and analysis of the impact of regulations. The student will learn to seek a legislative act or rule, to verify its validity, to reconstruct the vicissitudes into the system, to grasp the relations with other legal rules and its sense in the overall system of sources of law.
