Learning outcomes

The course is divided in two parts: regional law and local government law. A) Regional law will examine essentially: history of Italian regionalism; regional statutes, organs, legislative and administrative functions; checks upon Regions; connections between European Union, State and Regions. B) Local government law will examine fundamentally: statutes, functions and organs of Communes and Provinces, checks upon Communes and Provinces, relations between European Union, Region and local bodies.
The educational objectives of the program are to provide the education in regional and local law; to realize the effective understanding of institutional dynamics.
