Environmental Law aims to offer the basis for the comprehension of this matter as sustainable development law. The critic point is that environmental law is not only the law who tries the environmental protection on a command and control basis but the law that tries to connect environmental protection with economic development and human rights protection, like a mixture which cannot be separated.
