The course aims at introducing the tools and techniques needed to address and solve equilibrium problems of one- and two-dimensional structures with elastic or elasto-plastic response. The course also aims to provide an introduction to structural dynamics with particular reference to the response of multi-degree and infinite-degree of freedom systems.
