Provide an overview of technologies and technical implementation related to Precision Agriculture, particularly focusing on sustainable management of the agroecosystems. During the course methodologies aimed at improving the global sustainability of crops, with techniques for the targeted introduction of production input, will be illustrated. An overview of the main technologies used in Precision Agriculture will be also provided with particular references to information and communication devices, to sensors, to image acquisition and analysis appliances and to automated machines.
