Learning outcomes
The main aim of the course is to provide the basic knowledge on the fertigation technique of vegetable and ornamental crops, with a focus on the different types of equipment, nutrient solutions and the preparation of stock nutrient solutions. General information about the nutritional requirement of horticultural, floricultural and ornamental species, grown in open fields, in greenhouses or in nurseries will also be provided.
