The course studies the survival of classical culture within modern culture. In particular, it analyzes the macrotexts formed by the rewriting of classical works, and follows the itinerary of a theme, a myth, a figure which, starting from classical culture, crosses various periods, spaces, and assumes different forms (literary, artistic, musical, cinematopraphic).
