The purpose of the present course is to provide a guide for acquiring facility in termodynamics and her methods in every thermodynamic system. In particular behaviour of fluids working in thermal machines, main direct and inverse cycles, elementary unidimensional fluodynamics in open systems. are studied. The last part of the course is devoted to the main problems of the heat transfer with particular attention to the simplified design methods used in thermal exchange apparatus in view of their control and optimization.
