The course aims to address issues related to the study and analysis of poetic, narrative and dramatic German-language texts from the Middle Ages to the contemporary age. The historical-cultural contextualization is accompanied by a deepening of theoretical-methodological issues related to the analysis of literary texts. Objectives of the course are the extension of knowledge in the history of German-language literatures and the achievement of a secure competence in regard to the analysis of texts in all its components.
