The module provides conceptual and practical tools regarding: the management of people and professionals; practical foundations and actions that attest to efficient and effective leadership; the foundations and practical actions of effective and efficient management of human resources. Within all this, aspects of communication, management and development of working groups and conflict prevention and management within them are explored. All this is carried out with a strong degree of interaction with the participants characterized by individual and group activities aimed at reproducing real organizational contexts.
