Obiettivi:
l’attivazione del corso è finalizzata a dare attuazione al progetto Jean Monnet “European Law and Gender”, finanziato su bando Erasmus +, Jean Monnet Actions. Tra gli obiettivi del progetto vi è quello dell’introduzione di un corso opzionale, all’interno del corso di laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza, di European Law and Gender, che miri ad accrescere la conoscenza e le competenze trasversali degli/delle studenti di Giurisprudenza sugli studi giuridici di genere, nella particolare prospettiva rappresentata dal diritto europeo, inteso quale chiave di lettura e ambito attraverso il quale leggere le numerosi questioni relative alla capacità del genere di determinare il diritto, e del diritto di determinare il genere.
Descrizione del corso:
Il corso esplorerà il rapporto tra diritto e genere nella dimensione europea e del diritto dell’Unione europea assumendo il genere come concetto centrale e strumento analitico.
Il doppio legame tra genere e diritto sarà esaminato in vari settori e in diverse prospettive, con riferimento allo scenario europeo: il diritto pubblico, il diritto penale, il diritto civile, della famiglia, il diritto del lavoro, la teoria dei diritti fondamentali, la storia del diritto. L’analisi sarà svolta anche attraverso casi studio, a partire da questioni rilevanti in ambiti interessati dal diritto europeo.

Objectives:
The course aims at implementing the Jean Monnet “European Law and Gender” project, funded on the Erasmus + call, Jean Monnet Actions. “European Law and gender” aims at growing the knowledge and transversal skills of the students on Gender legal studies, within the framework of the European law: The European perspective represents for the course the scenario for the investigation of the several questions deriving from the two-tier relationship between law and gender.
Description:
The course will explore the relationship between law and gender in the European dimension, taking gender as the key concept and an analytical tool.
The two-tier relationship between gender and the law will be investigated in various fields and in different perspectives, with regards to the European scenario: public law, criminal law, civil law, family law, labor law, legal theory, history of law. The course will also use a case studies method, starting from emerging topics and questions in areas covered by the European law.

Sociologia dei conflitti ambientali: SPS Il corso offre un’introduzione ai temi delle ingiustizie e diseguaglianze al livello ambientale e urbano e degli impatti sociali del cambiamento climatico.
